Insurance

We currently accept the following plans through our booking partner, Headway:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Carelon Behavioral Health

Credentialing is in progress with UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Oxford, Independence Blue Cross, and Horizon BCBS — these will be added here once active. You can check your specific eligibility directly when booking through Headway.

Self-Pay

  • Initial Evaluation: $250
  • Standard Follow-Up Visit: $150
  • Sliding scale available — ask if you may be eligible

Accepted payment methods: cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Practice Policies

Appointment cancellations and missed appointments are subject to practice policies. Refill requests are handled according to clinical judgment and practice policies.

Financial policies will be provided before treatment begins.
