Informational purpose

The website provides general information about Prudent Haven, psychiatric services, conditions, telepsychiatry, insurance, appointment pathways, patient resources and related educational subjects.

No clinical relationship

Visiting the website, reading content, sending an email, submitting a general contact form or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship with Prudent Haven or Dr. Sylvia Nnamdi-Enwerem.

A clinical relationship is established only after applicable intake, eligibility, scheduling, consent and clinical processes have been completed and the practice confirms acceptance for care.

An appointment or evaluation does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, prescription, medication, treatment recommendation or clinical result.

Emergencies

If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For mental health, suicide or substance-use crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Services and eligibility

Service descriptions do not guarantee current availability, clinical appropriateness, insurance coverage, acceptance for treatment or access in every location.

Eligibility may depend on clinical needs, age, patient location, provider licensure, technology, insurance, appointment availability, service scope and the practice’s ability to provide appropriate follow-up.
